SYMPTOMS

The Program Files\Internet Explorer folder may not exist in Windows 98.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you upgrade a Microsoft Windows 95-based computer on which Microsoft Plus! for Windows 95 is installed to Windows 98.

STATUS

This behavior is by design. Plus! for Windows 95 installs the Internet Explorer folder in the Program Files\Plus! folder.

MORE INFORMATION

This behavior does not change the functionality of Internet Explorer.
