SYMPTOMSSetup information (INF) files located in the Windows\Inf\Infback folder have later time stamps than those located in the Windows\Inf folder. CAUSEThis behavior occurs because the time stamps of INF files in the Windows\Inf\Infback folder indicate the time they were moved into the folder.
