Norton Navigator 1.0 Taskbar Becomes Floating Taskbar

SYMPTOMS

When you try to reposition the taskbar to a new location, it may cover up other icons, such as the Start button.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if Norton Navigator version 1.0 is installed.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, uninstall Norton Navigator. For information about how to do so, contact Symantec, or view the documentation included with Norton Navigator.
