SYMPTOMSWhen you create a report using the Windows Report Tool and then click Next to send this report, your report may not be sent. Instead, you are prompted to save the report as a file on your computer. CAUSEThis issue can occur because the Windows Report Tool only sends a report if the program is started by a support provider's Web page. If you start this program yourself, a report is not sent. RESOLUTIONTo work around this issue, save your report as a file on your computer, and then follow the instructions of your support provider to send the report, possibly by using e-mail.
