SYMPTOMSWhen you install an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) network adapter in the docking station of a portable computer using Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) features, the network adapter may appear in both the docked and undocked hardware profiles. If you remove the ISA network adapter from the undocked hardware profile, the computer may stop responding (hang). When this occurs, pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE results in the error message "MSGSRV32 not responding." After you receive this error message, your computer may become unstable. RESOLUTION
