This behavior can occur on a Digital HiNote Ultra II laptop when the PC
Card network adapter uses memory that the computer's Basic Input/Output
System (BIOS) has reserved.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, you may be able to exclude the memory range
that is being reserved by the BIOS. To do this, follow these steps:
