SYMPTOMS
When you start your Windows 98-based computer, your secondary monitor may
not work correctly, and you may receive the following message:
CAUSEThis issue can occur if you primary video adapter is an ATI All-in-Wonder or ATI All-in-Wonder Pro, and you have installed the Atisetup.exe program. When you install the Atisetup.exe program, it may incorrectly change the video adapter driver for your secondary video adapter, instead of only changing the driver for your ATI All-in-Wonder or ATI All-in-Wonder Pro. RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, restore the driver for your secondary video
adapter. To do so, use the following steps:

MORE INFORMATIONThe Atisetup.exe program replaces the secondary video adapter driver with the ATI 264-VT4 driver if the secondary video adapter is not manufactured by ATI Technologies.
