SYMPTOMSWhen you print color text or graphics to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) 690-series printer, some text or graphics may not be printed using the exact color that appears on the screen. CAUSEThis behavior can occur because the printer driver included with Windows 98 may not be fully compatible with the printer. RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, obtain and install the most current version of the driver for this printer.
