SYMPTOMS

After you configure your computer to enter Standby mode and wait a sufficient amount of time for it to do so, your computer may not do so, and your Berkeley Systems After Dark version 2.0J program may continue to run.

CAUSE

This issue can occur because the Berkeley Systems After Dark version 2.0J program occasionally uses the hard disk, and this disk activity can prevent your computer from entering Standby mode.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Berkeley Systems to inquire about the availability of a fix for this issue.
