SYMPTOMS
When you configure your printer driver to print to a file, you may receive the following error message:
RUNDLL32 caused an invalid page fault in
module GDI32.DLL at address
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you configure your computer to use the Zenographics SuperPrint 2.0 printer driver.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact Zenographics to obtain the latest SuperPrint printer driver or configure your computer to use a different printer driver.

To configure your computer to use a different printer driver, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
- Double-click Add Printer, click Next, click Local Printer, and then click Next.

- In the Printers box, click the printer you want to use, and then click Next.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the Add Printer wizard.
