Central European Characters Displayed as Small Squares in a Fax

SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Fax to send a fax, the recipient may receive a fax containing small squares or distorted characters.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you install the Multilanguage Support font and are using a Polish or other central European font in your fax document.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use a different font in your program.
