SYMPTOMSAfter you upgrade your computer from a Pan European version of Microsoft Windows 95 to Windows 98, multilanguage support may appear to be disabled in the Add/Remove Programs tool, but the Cyrillic character set may still work on your computer. CAUSEThis problem can occur if you have the Cyrillic character set enabled before you upgrade your computer to Windows 98. RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, add multilanguage support after you upgrade your computer:
