RESOLUTIONSplash.dll File Damaged or Missing from Program Files\Accessories\Backup\System FolderTo resolve this issue, extract a new copy of the Splash.dll file from your original Windows 98 CD-ROM to the Program Files\Accessories\Backup\System folder.
