Fighter Ace 1.5 Does Not Function Correctly on the Zone with ICS

SYMPTOMS

When you enter the MSN Gaming Zone to play Fighter Ace on a computer that gains access to the Internet using an Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) host, you may not be able to see any of the other players and the other players may not see you.


RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, disable ICS on the host computer:

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet Options.


  2. Click the Connections tab, and then click Sharing.


  3. Click to clear the Enable Internet Connection Sharing check box, and then click OK.


Then, configure the ICS client computer to connect directly to the Internet to play Fighter Ace.
