CAUSEThis issue can occur if the Real Player installation adds an incorrect value to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\RealtrayNOTE: The incorrect value is SYSTEMBOOTHIDEPLAYER, and the correct value is C:\Program Files\Real\RealPlayer\Realplay.exe SYSTEMBOOTHIDEPLAYER. RESOLUTIONWARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that
may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot
guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor
