SYMPTOMSAfter you upgrade a Toshiba computer with a factory-loaded version of Microsoft Windows 98 to Windows 98 Second Edition, you may not be able to use the Power Management tool in Control Panel. CAUSEThis behavior can occur if version 1.2 or earlier of the Toshiba Pwrtray.exe tool is loaded on the computer. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, obtain a newer version of the Toshiba Windows 98 Controls tool from Toshiba.
