SYMPTOMSWhen you create a backup set that spans multiple writable CD-ROMs using the Microsoft Backup tool, you may receive the following error message when the first CD-ROM is full:
CAUSEThis behavior occurs because the Backup tool included in Windows 98 does not support writable CD-ROMs. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, upgrade to the latest version of the Veritas Software Backup Exec Desktop 98 program which supports optical media devices.
