SYMPTOMSAfter you upgrade to Windows 98 Second Edition, you no longer have the option of uninstalling FrontPage Express. CAUSEFrontPage Express is not a component of Windows 98 Second Edition. If you have FrontPage Express installed before you upgrade, it is still installed and fully functional after the upgrade. However, if you later decide you no longer want FrontPage Express installed, you cannot uninstall it using the Add/Remove Programs tool in Control Panel. RESOLUTIONTo uninstall FrontPage Express, you must install it from the Microsoft Windows Update Web site, and then remove it using the Add/Remove Programs tool. Note that this method required an active connection to the Internet:
