When you change the time or date values in the Date/Time tool in Control Panel, your computer reflects the changes before you click Apply or OK. RESOLUTIONA supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems

MORE INFORMATIONThe computer reflects the current value when the Date/Time tool is open. If you click Cancel, the date and time changes to the original settings. If you save any files while the tool is open and you have changed the date, the files use that date for the modified field.
