SYMPTOMS
If you change the Short Date Format and Time Format separators to a single
apostrophe (') in Control Panel International, File Manager displays the
date and time in the following respective format:
7d95 3mm40 NOTE: The day and minutes are replaced with d and mm respectively. Other Windows NT applications display the date and time correctly. WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, modify the Registry.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT versions 3.5 and 3.51. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available. Additional query words: prodnt cpl quote winfile
