When you use the Account Operator to manage an NT NetWareEnable account,

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Test_Op = Member of Account Operators If the domain administrator logs off and Test_Op logs on, any attempt to modify the password of Test_User results in an Access Denied error. (Test_Op can modify non-NetWare Windows NT account passwords with no problem). The Test_Op can also be a member of the Console Operators Group for NetWare console operators, but the same problem exists. STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51.
This problem was corrected in the latest Windows NT 3.51 U.S. Service
Pack. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the
