SYMPTOMSIncoming fax jobs are received and routed successfully (Printer-InBox- Archive) to the intended output device, but the job never appears in the printer queue. Event Viewer may also show successful routing for the incoming job. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT version 4.0. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Microsoft Windows NT version 4.0.
