If the RASDIAL utility is used to dial a non-existent entry on a non-
English version of Windows NT 4.0, the following is displayed:

CAUSEThis occurs because the text "Error from:" is hard-coded and not localized. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem Windows NT version 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 U.S. Service Pack.
