SYMPTOMSWhen logging on to a Windows NT system, some or all users are unable to log on successfully. CAUSEThe above symptom may occur if the value of any System Environment Variable contains an equal sign (=). If Winlogon gets an error when trying to set an environment variable, the logon attempt will fail.
