SYMPTOMS
When a print job is sent to Windows NT with a datatype of TEXT, the CR
characters will be interpreted as CR/LF when the job is converted to PCL or
PostScript. This may cause the printout to appear differently than
expected.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, please see the following article in the
