A Windows NT 4.0 system may generate the following STOP code when an
attempt is made to read a corrupted floppy disk from Windows NT Explorer
or My Computer.
NOTE: All of the parameters may not be exactly the same. CAUSEThe floppy disk has a long file name entry with an invalid ordinal. Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3 and earlier did not check for this condition. RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, do the following:
