SYMPTOMSNetDDE will cause a Dr. Watson error when an application closes connections that are not yet established over the network. This only occurs when the connection is timing out at the same time that the client is closing the connection. CAUSEWM_DDE_TERMINATE is being processed twice by NetDDE, which causes it to crash.
