SYMPTOMSWhen a Windows NT Server computer with Service Pack 3 and File and Print Services for NetWare installed is under a heavy load (about 850 NetWare clients and over 50 printers), you may receive a Dr. Watson error in Nwssvc.exe after deleting a print queue and then deleting a printer in Server Manager. As a result, all the user connections to the server are lost. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition.
