SYMPTOMSWhen the Win32 API BroadcastSystemMessage() is called with BSF_QUERY as one of the flags, it is required to return 0 (zero) if any recipient returns BROADCAST_QUERY_DENY as a response to the registered system message. Under Windows NT 4.0, BroadcastSystemMessage always returns 1 (one), regardless of the recipients' responses. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition.
