SYMPTOMS
When you use a custom form to print to a network printer, a "PC LOAD
LETTER" (or similar) message appears on the printing device. This only
happens when running different language versions of the Windows NT software
on the client and server. For example, a client may be running the Dutch
version of Windows NT Workstation and your print server may be running the
U.S. version of Windows NT Server.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the text strings representing the built-in form
names are localized.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, please see the following article in the
