SYMPTOMS

A computer running one of the Microsoft NetWare clients may stop with the following error message:

STOP 0x0000000A (0xe1597848 0x0000001f 0x00000001 0x80112cd9) IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

NOTE: The parameters in parentheses may change.

RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition Service Pack 4.
