SYMPTOMSAfter an IP address is deleted from the computer, it may be impossible to reach some network resources that should still be reachable. CAUSEWhen an IP address is deleted from the computer, subnet routes associated with that address may not get properly cleaned up. This problem can result in a route table with expired entries. The "route print" command can be used to view the route table to verify this problem. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
