SYMPTOMSYour computer running Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 may stop responding (hang) and display the following STOP error message on a blue screen: NOTE: The fourth parameter may be different depending on your computer's configuration. CAUSEThis problem occurs because TCP is sending 1 byte more than AFD is sending, which causes the error message to be displayed. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
