SYMPTOMSWhen a process remains idle for a few hours on a computer with more than 500 MB of memory, the computer trims the working set of a process below its minimum working set size. If the computer is never stressed or memory starved, then the trimming should not be necessary. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
