SYMPTOMS

Programs sometimes stop responding (hang) when you perform a File-Save operation. The problem only affects programs that employ structured storage in transacted mode.

CAUSE

STATUS

MORE INFORMATION

The only way to close the program is to close the program through Task Manager, which causes all data to be lost. There is no warning or known condition such as file size, or number of stream/storages that can be used to guard against this data loss.
