SYMPTOMSWhen profile quota management for client computers is enabled and profile folder exclusion is enabled, folders marked for exclusion from user profiles are still counted in the profile quota, leading to inaccurate calculations and possible logoff problems. CAUSEProquota.exe does not check the exclusion list stored in the registry at the following location when making its calculations: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\ExcludeProfileDirs RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
