SYMPTOMSAfter applying Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 (SP4) or 5 (SP5), the Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes option is enabled, even if it was disabled before applying the service pack. CAUSEThe service pack installation program does not check the status of this option, and enables it regardless of the setting. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
