CAUSEThis behavior can occur when the SNMP service tries to load the W3pmib.dll dynamic-link library (DLL), but cannot because the World Wide Web service (W3svc) has not yet started. The W3pmib.dll DLL requires the World Wide Web service (W3svc) to be running. RESOLUTIONWARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that
may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot
guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor
can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
