SYMPTOMSYour Windows NT 4.0 Server-based computer may stop responding (hang), or you may receive the following error message in Wlbs.sys: Note that the parameters for the "Stop" error message may vary. CAUSEThis behavior occurs because the Windows Load Balancing Service (WLBS) connection queue becomes corrupted when it sees packets with a source IP address of 0.0.0.0. RESOLUTIONA supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this
specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Windows NT 4.0 service pack
