SYMPTOMS
When you run Inoculan AntiVirus software on a Compaq Proliant 3000s server running Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 (including Service Pack 3 and a Software Support Diskette from January 1998), you may find that the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) service does not start. You may receive a Jetpack error message reporting Error 1811, and Event Viewer may record Events 1004, 1018, 1008, 1014, and 1016.
CAUSEThis behavior can occur if the Inoculan software interferes with the DHCP service. RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, follow these steps:
