Lotus 1-2-3 for Windows GP Faults when Server Connection Lost

SYMPTOMS

If you are running Lotus 1-2-3 for Windows over a network and the network connection is lost, the following error message appears:

Segment Load Failure
If you try to close the file, you get a general protection (GP) fault.
