The Reboot keyword will not work inside of a printer INF file.

The Reboot keyword cannot be used inside of a printer INF file to cause a reboot after printer installation. The Add Printer Wizard (MSPRINT.DLL and MSPRINT2.DLL) does not recognize the Reboot keyword. If a reboot is desired after a printer install, you still have an option, which is to write your own printer install application that uses the Win32 printer API functions to add a printer and use a Win32 API function to reboot the machine.
