SYMPTOMSIf you have two IBM SCSI adapters, with the boot drive on one adapter and a CD-ROM on the other adapter, Windows NT Setup does not see the CD-ROM drive. CAUSEThis problem occurs because of a hardware problem with the IBM SCSI adapters.
