RESOLUTIONTo workaround this problem, save the file to an NTFS or HPFS partition with Terminal and then use the File Manager to rename the file to uppercase letters. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.1 and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1.
