Some TrueType fonts from other versions of Windows or third party font
vendors may not produce glyphs on Windows NT 3.51.
RESOLUTIONMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51. This problem was corrected in the WINSRV.DLL file included in the latest Windows NT version 3.51 U.S. Service Pack. The bug can be reproduced by viewing a suspect font in the character map
application in Windows NT version 3.50 and version 3.51. A problematic font
has no characters in any of the character subsets in Windows NT 3.51 while
the characters do show up in Windows NT 3.50.
