SYMPTOMSWindows 98 setup will overwrite a newer version of the Oleacc.dll, which is used in Microsoft Active Accessibility support, with version 4.70.1210. Users with accessibility aids or other utilities that install newer versions, or beta versions of Microsoft Active Accessibility, may find that their accessibility aid does not work correctly with the 1210 version of Oleacc.dll. CAUSEWindows 98 setup ensures that core operating system files are always overwritten upon installation of the operating system. RESOLUTIONThe following procedure should be used to revert back to build 1713 of OLEACC.DLL from build 1210.
