Returning Control from Screen Saver Test

When in the Desktop Control Panel application, pressing the test button to sample the screen saver, then moving the mouse or pressing a key to terminate the test causes the screen saver to disappear (as expected), then the Program Manager to be repainted over the Control Panel and Desktop setup windows, followed by the Control Panel window repainting over the Program Manager window, and finally the Desktop setup window repainting on top.

In Windows version 3.1, when you exit from a screen saver test, it appears to just pop back to the Desktop setup window without repainting the whole z-order.

This is the way User works to return control to the spawning process. It is more noticeable on a slow system. Under Windows NT, a process must exit before control can be returned to the Control Panel. Windows 3.1 behaves the same way, but the repaint is currently faster and therefore less noticeable.
