DOC: IOCTL_HAL_REBOOT Does Not Warm Boot a CEPC

SUMMARY

The Windows CE Platform builder versions 2.11 and 2.12 documentation incorrectly states that you can call IOCTL_HAL_REBOOT to warm boot a CEPC.

Actually, this IOCTL (I/O control) performs a cold boot, and resets your CEPC.

NOTE: There is no way to warm boot a CEPC.

Microsoft will correct the documentation error in the next release of the Windows CE operating system.
