SYMPTOMSThe target system does not boot up when you use Ethernet services for downloading and debugging the Windows CE operating system. CAUSEIf Ethernet services are not started in right order the target system may not boot up. RESOLUTIONWhen the options for eshell are set to Always Wait for Ethernet Services and you have started all of the Ethernet services, such as the debugger (Windbg.exe), CEShell (Cesh.exe), and CETerminal (Ceterm.exe), the target system may not boot up. To work around this problem restart Cesh.exe. If this doesn't help, restart all of the Ethernet services. If the order of starting the services is Eshell, Debugger, Cesh and CEterm it works consistently. STATUSThis behavior is by design. Additional query words:
