Displays a list of the solution templates available on the selected server. You can import and export solution templates and modify the properties of a selected template. To edit solution template properties, select a template, and click Properties.
Note Only members of the modAppOwners or the server administrators group can modify template information for the server. For details, see Security Categories in Access Workflow Designer.
Server list
Displays a list of SQL Servers in the local Windows NT domain. You can select or type the name of a server and click Refresh to view team solutions, solution templates, and user information on that server. The server must have the Access Workflow Designer server components installed to use this administration tool.
Note If you are using Windows 95 or Windows 98, you must type the name of a valid server and click Refresh.
Refresh
Connects to the selected server and retrieves information about team solutions, solution templates, and user information.
Template list
Displays a list of the solution templates available on the selected server.
Export to File
Displays the Export Template dialog box where you can select a file location to save a copy of the selected template from the template directory to a file. This creates a .tpl file that can be imported to the template directory on another server.
Import from File
Displays the Import Template dialog box where you can install a template from a file into the server's Template Library. Use the Import Template dialog box to browse to the location of the .tpl file, and click Open to add the template to the selected server.
Properties
Displays the Template Properties dialog box where you can modify the properties of the selected template.
Delete
Deletes the selected template from the server's template directory.
